•Delivery is handled by Egypt Post, and packages cannot be opened upon receipt.

•If the product is refused upon delivery, only the shipping cost must be paid.

•If there is a defect in the product or its quality, it must be reported on the same day; otherwise, it cannot be exchanged or returned.

According to Article 13 of the Executive Regulations of the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, our products are considered personal use items.

•Undershirts and bandanas cannot be exchanged or returned after delivery.

•Basic shirts can only be exchanged or returned if reported on the same day of receipt.
