Exchange & Returns

Dear valued customer

For your convenience, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchases for their purchase price subject to the below conditions:

• Exchange and refunds are accepted within 30days from purchasing date.
• Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached / packaging sealed: unused, unscented, unwashed at time of exchange or refund.
• The original receipt must be presented at time of exchange or refund.
• Cash purchases will be refunded against cash Bank cards purchases (credit / debit) will refunded against the bank card (credit / debit) used for the original purchase.
• Exchanges and refund will only be performed in Breathe Booth where the purchase was made. (online or offline)
• We reserve the right to deny returns for items showing signs of wear or damage.
• We’re always looking forward to hearing your comments and suggestions and hope you’ll love the Breathe experience.
• Sale items are non-returnable.
