Exchange & Returns

📌 Exchange & Return Policy:
• Delivery is made via Egyptian Post, and opening the order upon receipt is not allowed.
• In case of refusal to accept the product, only the shipping cost will be charged.
• According to Article 13 of the Executive Regulations of Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, swimwear is considered a personal use product.
• To report an exchange or return request in case of a product defect, please contact us on the same day of delivery. If the issue is not reported within 24 hours, the request will not be accepted. The product must also be in its original condition upon receipt.
• All returned items are inspected by the Quality Department (Inspection) upon receipt to ensure they are in proper condition.
• If the product is in its original condition, the exchange or return will be approved, with shipping costs deducted.
• If the product does not meet quality standards, the brand reserves the right to reject the exchange or return request and issue no refund.
